I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration throughout the hotel. The colors were vibrant and the furniture was comfortable and stylish. It made me feel like I was in a luxurious paradise. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate around as a senior woman. , I found the hotel to be very accessible for senior people, with ramps and elevators available for easy mobility.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and helpful. Sometimes, it felt like they were too busy with their own conversations and didn't prioritize assisting us.

The rooms at Primebiz Hotel Kuta are cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home. The individually controlled air-conditioning and free wifi were a big plus for me as a solo traveler. The comfortable bed with quality linen ensured a good night's sleep.

Personally, I found the satellite channels on the 32" LED TV to be limited.

The hotel serves above average breakfasts for ALL tastes. The staff is attentive, helpful. The venue is in an absolutely perfect location right next to beach. Plus, it's in Raya Kuta district, next to shop and a lot restaurants.

Every time in Kuta, I choose this place. The hotel is functional, offers accommodation in a very nice area. The breakfast offers variety of toast and eggs. The location is strategic and unbeatable, at a moderate distance from a family-friendly water park;))

We had a fantastic experience at Primebiz Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, including accompanying us to the police station to resolve an issue with a taxi driver. Their excellent service and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, they were kind enough to hold onto an item we left behind, ensuring it would be waiting for us when we return. The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

there was a wide array of food for breakfast, it was well presented. booked a room with modern bathroom. the location turned out to be great.

The location is good and they have parking onsite. 5 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the heart of Kuta. The breakfast was above average and generous, we really enjoyed a huge variety of meals.

The transit offer was a blessing, only 10 Euros! Spacious room with working AC and good WiFi. Conveniently located near the airport. Very nice staff and comfy bed. Great pool on the roof. The drivers were helpful and knew the best places to go. The cleaning staff made cool towel animals on the bed. Good pool, good facilities, and satisfactory buffet breakfast. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

That was ideal hotel set in very nice area, close to restaurant and stores, big mall and shop and the main bars and restaurants near the beach. The staff were excellent friendly and excellent co-operating, they made me feel welcome. My room included coffee and tea making facilities, a seating area, and a work desk. Really enjoyed a tub in my private bathroom. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Krina Culinary. Food was fresh and I have nothing but relaxing memories from this trip.
